One Massive Space Marine 2 Exclusion Is The Perfect Setup For A Future Update

It seemed almost unimaginable that a game as comprehensive as would come along, and yet it's finally here, with players culling hordes of Tyranids as the indomitable Titus and battling it out against the Chaos in PvP. manages to cram as much lore and story as it can into its relatively short campaign, but there's still plenty that's missing. This has led fans to wonder whether a DLC could be on the way and what it should include.

Naturally, there are plenty of things that DLC could flesh out, including expanding on twist ending, but by far one missing feature definitely needs to be included. Surprisingly, this is a feature that appeared in the first game, but is completely absent in the sequel. The fact that it was excluded is a bit of a disappointment, but hopefully that could be fixed in a future update.

One of the biggest, and perhaps most surprising, exclusions in are the Orks. They were one of the primary antagonists of the first game, with Titus, then a Firstborn Space Marine, taking on the Warboss Grimskull and his WAAAGH!.. While they don't dominate the first game, as the Chaos eventually show up to cause havoc, they are a formidable force for Titus to contend with.

WAAAGH! is the name the Orks use to refer to their military campaigns throughout the galaxy.

It was shocking then to see that they don't appear inat all, although there are some obvious reasons for that. Firstly, Saber Interactive clearly wanted to make the most of its Swarm Engine, and the best way of illustrating it would be with the Tyranids. Additionally, switching up the bad guys, especially with Chaos making a return, was definitely the right move to ensure that the two titles didn't feel identical.
