Firaxis held its first developer livestream for Sid Meier’s Civilization VII this week, giving players a deeper look into gameplay in the game’s first Age, the Antiquity Age.
Myth of Empires developer Angela Game and publisher Imperium Interactive Entertainment are giving players a first look at the game’s Persia DLC, the next civilization to be added since the game released its 1.0 update earlier this year.

I've thought about it a lot because I wanted to give Firaxis Game veterans who have worked on the benefit of the doubt about their recent decisions to change underlying aspects of the games. The main issue arguably causing the most controversy is the severing of ties between civilizations and their leaders. After all, this is a game, and previous iterations would have their most memorable (or infamous) real historical figure(s) tied to the civilization they influenced in real history.
There's not much longer left before Firaxis Games' highly anticipated Civilization 7 releases now, so it's not surprising that the developers are teasing upcoming content - including the first six available in-game civilizations, from the Antiquity Age to the Exploration Age.
Connections is the latest puzzle game from the New York Times. The game tasks you with categorizing a pool of 16 words into four secret (for now) groups by figuring out how the words relate to each other. The puzzle resets every night at midnight and each new puzzle has a varying degree of difficulty. Just like Wordle, you can keep track of your winning streak and compare your scores with friends.
