New Revenant Class Arrives with Aion Classic Europe's Update 2.7 'Rise of the Revenant'

Update 2.7 has gone live for Aion Classic Europe, adding the new Revenant class, which is only available onAion Classic servers.

Lore-wise, Revenants are Daevas who broke free from the capture and subjugation of Tiamat’s Legion. These Daevas were brainwashed and experimented on, but upon their liberation, have their memories restored and return to their home in Atreia. Despite their newfound freedom and restored memories, Revenants have not forgotten the events that transpired and have chosen to live an independent life.

The update, Rise of the Revenant, also adds Telos as a new starting region. This area is exclusively accessible only to Soldiers (starting class) and Revenants (Soldiers who become Revenants after completing the requisite quests).  Revenants who start out in Telos will be unable to complete certain quests in Ishalgen, Altgard, Poeta, and Verteron.

Also included in the update is the new Sunken Telos instance, available to two to six players level 51 or higher and accessible once per week. The Red Throne: Telos has also been added and similarly can be played by two to six players, though this is only available to players level 55 or higher. Lastly, the Abyssal Splinter is now accessible to factions not occupying the Divine Fortress.
