New MultiVersus Leaks Are A Huge Win For Cartoon Network Fans

As the community gears up for the arrival of Samurai Jack and Beetlejuice, a new leak suggests that even more beloved Cartoon Network characters will soon join the platform brawler. Despite a rocky relaunch and a loss of momentum thanks to its lengthy hiatus, is doing its best to re-establish itself as the primary alternative to Thanks to Warner Bros. sizable library of characters and properties, Player First Games still has plenty of options when it comes to new fighters, but relying on nostalgia is always a safe bet.

Posted to Reddit by DrAwesomeX, dataminer AusilMV, publishing on X (formerly Twitter) shared several images of content found within the game's files, including models of The Powerpuff Girls, Marceline (with her Bat Queen form) from, and Nubia from the DC Universe.

There's currently no release date for any of these characters but the discovery of two beloved Cartoon Network characters will certainly appeal to those who appreciate a touch of nostalgia. As for movesets and abilities, these have similarly yet to be discovered but it seems safe to speculate that Marceline, like The Iron Giant, may be able to change forms.
