Genshin Impact: Chiori Character Ascension (& Materials)

Farming the proper materials for Chiori’s character Ascension in is the ideal way of optimizing your own time and getting exactly what you need to max her out, both in terms of level and Talent level. Chiori is a new 5-star Geo unit added to the game with Version 4.5. Although she had been introduced as an NPC back in Version 4.3’s “Roses and Muskets” event, she is now making her debut as a playable character. The Inazuman stylist residing in Fontaine is a sub-DPS and Geo support, capable of dealing off-field damage and assisting with Crystallize reactions.

Chiori is expected to operate well alongside Geo DPS characters like Navia and Arataki Itto. In fact, her banner debut will run alongside an Arataki Itto banner rerun in Phase 1 of the upcoming patch. Chiori is the only new character in 4.5 since the game is slowing down its new content as it moves toward the release of Natlan later in 2024. Although Chiori is a new character, none of her Ascension or Talent materials are new, which means you can pre-farm everything you need to get her to level 90 before her official release.
