Honkai: Star Rail - Acheron Character Ascension (& Materials)

Farming the right materials to Ascend Acheron in may require a bit of work, though all of it could be pre-farmed well before her arrival in Version 2.1. Acheron is a new 5-star Lightning unit that follows the Path of the Nihility. Her specialty is applying debuffs on enemies and, with that, dealing an immense amount of damage based on how many debuffs those opponents have on them – which makes her a fantastic asset in a team with Kafka or Black Swan in , for instance.

Acheron was first introduced as an NPC in Version 2.0’s first Penacony missions but is now finally arriving in her playable form in Version 2.1. She is said to be a Galaxy Ranger, though her true identity and motivations are unclear. In fact, it is impossible to determine if she is an ally or an antagonist. Being a reference to Raiden Mei from other HoYoverse games, Acheron is also one of the most anticipated characters in the game. Luckily, players do not have to wait long before they try to obtain this new character in 2.1.

In a leak obtained by DevilTakoyaki, which was then shared in a now-deleted post on Reddit, the materials needed to fully Ascend and level Acheron to 80 were shared, giving players some insight into what to start farming. The leak was based on information gathered during the Version 2.1 beta, though the post was tagged as “” and the materials seem to match what a Lightning and Nihility character would normally need. As such, players could start farming the materials as they will most likely be the ones used by Acheron in .
