EA Gives Update on Iron Man Game

Electronic Arts recently gave fans an update on its in-development Iron Man game, assuring everyone that it is still in progress despite a recent shake-up at developer EA Motive. The past few years have seen an increase in triple-A Marvel video games like the Marvel’s Spider-Man series and the upcoming Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. EA announced a new deal to make superhero titles for the House of Ideas back in 2022. The first will be an Iron Man game from EA Motive, the studio behind the recent Dead Space remake.

Patrick Klaus didn’t disclose any new information on what the Iron Man game is about or when fans can expect to see an official release date. What is known so far is that Iron Man will be a single-player, third-party action title with an original plot, rather than an adaptation of an existing story from the comics like Extremis or Civil War. If successful, Motive’s Iron Man title could lead to even more
