A Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare player has noticed an incredible parallel with a real war photograph, that very few players will ever have noticed. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is over 16 years old at this point, but that hasn’t stopped players from noticing new things about the classic title.

It’s fair to describe Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare as legendary. As one of the best FPS games of all time, it wrote the blueprint for the modern multiplayer shooter. While every Call of Duty game will take some inspiration from real photos like this, it’s rare to them directly incorporated in such a way.
