Animal Crossing Fan Builds Incredible LEGO Village By Combining Every Official Set

LEGO sets bring the beloved cozy game to life in a tangible medium. There are eight sets in total, each containing one building or location, along with one or more adorable little minifigure. Though they're all related in theme, they don't actually form a cohesive unit when combined, but this wasn't a problem for one creative fan.

Redditor johnschlemmer has combined all the sets into one impressive rectangular island. Johnschlemmer states that the layout took some fiddling with to get right, but the result is a town full of life, and a very natural-seeming setup.

The first six LEGO sets became available on March 1, 2024. These included a mix of villager setups and some more well-known spaces like Nook's Cranny and Kapp'n's Island Boat Tour. Two more sets were released on August 1, featuring two staple island locations: the Plaza and Dodo Airlines. Each set has between 170 and 550 pieces, with the exception of Maple's Pumpkin Garden, which is a mini-set of only 29 pieces. The other sets include popular villagers that many fans love, including Audie the wolf and Rosie the cat.

The island setup by johnschlemmer uses only the pieces in the official LEGO sets, with one exception: the four 32x32 baseplates that the entire build stands on. The Town Hall takes center stage, fittingly, and it's surrounded by the rest of the houses, trees, and other decor. Johnschlemmer states that the setup was created "" but comments to the post admit they'd love to play with the town themselves, even as adults.
