10 Pokémon X & Y Mysteries Legends: Z-A Can Finally Solve

With the news that will be revisiting Generation 6's Kalos region, it could be time to revisit some mysteries left unsolved from the last time the region was used. introduced players to the region on the 3DS back in 2013, being the first title to replace the pixel art sprites with 3D models. At the time, it was a big step-up in the franchise from a graphical standpoint, adding new mechanics and customization.

The Kalos region is based on France, an inspiration most obvious in Lumiose City, since it's Prism Tower, which doubles as the city's gym, resembles the Eiffel Tower in Paris. With the graphical capabilities of the 3DS, this city was one of 'sbiggest, and the size allowed Game Freak to fill it to the brim with hidden secrets and Easter Eggs that are yet to be solved to this day.

featured several hotels throughout the region which players could stay at. While exploring these hotels, there were a few reoccurring NPCs players could meet that were also journeying across the area. One was a backpacker that would spawn randomly in different hotels. When spoken to on four different days, he willgive the player an item called the Strange Souvenir.

At the time, the backpacker would mention that he was from a region that the games had yet to visit. In hindsight, it's now easy to see that he was from the Alola region, which would be visited in the next titles, but that doesn't explain the item he gives the player. The Strange Souvenir could just be an item for decoration, but there could be more to it, given how mysterious the backpacker is, and could see use in.

The Ghost Girl of Lumiose City has become somewhat of an urban legend in the fanbase, and it is perhaps the most famous mystery to come from the games. Players could only encounter the Ghost Girl once in an abandoned office building, where she says, before
