Witcher 3: Does Kissing Triss Affect Your Chances With Yennefer?

Although the Butcher of Blaviken will be approached by many women over the course of the game, these specific sorceresses seem to occupy a special place in his heart, and before long he will find himself in a love triangle with the two.
