Why New Genshin Impact 5.1 Leaked Enemy May Be More Annoying Than Riftwolves

A new enemy from 5.1 has leaked and it may prove to be more annoying than the Wolves of the Rift faction, often referred to as Riftwolves or Rifthounds. Version 5.1 is the next major update for HoYoverse’s action RPG and it should give continuity to the Natlan-related contents that were first introduced with Version 5.0. In the current, players saw the release of three new playable characters: Mualani, Kachina, and Kinich. There was also the introduction of several new Natlan enemies in 5.0 that help populate the Nation of Pyro’s map.

This includes the Sauroform Tribal Warriors and the Saurians themselves, both groups that drop Ascension materials for characters from Natlan. In addition, players also gained access to the first Archon Quests set in the region, allowing them to meet several Natlan characters and aid them in the efforts to save the Nation from impending doom. This should continue in Version 5.1 as the game continues to expand and not only are players getting access to Xilonen in but they will also seemingly face at least one new type of enemy in the Version 5.1 patch.

A new enemy type called Chasmic Mimiflora has leaked for Version 5.1 and it may be a tough one to face without the proper team comps. The information was provided by the leaker known as HomDGCat, which was shared in a post tagged as “” on Reddit. According to the leak, Chasmic Mimiflora is an Abyssal enemy that is an enhanced version of the original opponent that is capable of teleporting. Furthermore, the creature is said to have a void barrier shield capable of blocking all damage until it is destroyed by Elemental attacks.

The rumors say that attacks from characters with Nightsoul alignment in deal more damage to the shield.
