Where To Find The Purveyor In Fallout 76

You will eventually need to find The Purveyor in as this vendor sells Legendary Weapons you might be looking to acquire. Many vendors use their own special currency, and The Purveyor only accepts Scrips. While other vendors in the Appalachia region accept Gold Bullions, this vendor is an outlier.

Buying anything from Purveyor Murmrgh is kind of like playing the Lottery, as it uses a Gacha system for the secret crates the vendor sells. But these containers will contain a random Legendary weapon; you can keep it or scrap it if you want. Originally, The Purveyor was in a different location, but she can now be found at a specific spot in Appalachia.

Purveyor Murmrgh is a mole miner, but she has no strong opinions of Vault Dwellers. She initially set up shop in the Berkeley Springs Station in the Mire, but since 's Wastelanders update, she has permanently relocated to the Rusty Pick in the Ash Heap region. The Rusty Pick is a small bar south of Charleston, which now serves as The Purveyor's shop. The store also has a few benches so that players can easily scrap or craft items.

The area around the Rusty Pick isn't populated with many enemies; however, it is a popular spot amongst other players. So, you will need to be free of hostile players when you approach this vendor to get more weapons.

Since Purveyor Murmrgh only accepts Scrips, you will need an abundant supply of this currency in your inventory. You can only get Scrip by scrapping Legendary Weapons or completing daily/ally quests. Since you can expect to spend anywhere from 25 to 120 Scrip (depending on the item), you should keep an eye out for Legendary Weapons so that you can scrap them later.

Do keep in mind that Legendary Weapons & Armor with higher value will net you more Scrips when they are scrapped.

Because players can only buy crates with random Legendary gear inside from the Purveyor, it can be hard to tell what's worth grabbing. Typically, more expensive crates contain better or more popular items.
