The Mutant Menace Precon deck for 's Universes Beyond sets brings the famous mutants of to the battlefield. Spreading Rad Counters will be your ticket to success with Mothman leading the troops from your Command Zone. Upgrading this deck to its optimal build means utilizing Proliferating and taking advantage of every card your opponents need to mill.

The colors of this deck are known as Sultai, which are Blue, Black, and Green. By taking advantage of the new Radiation mechanic, you will have plenty of means to work with your graveyard. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, they will have to mill cards equal to the amount of Rad counters they have been given. Players will lose one life and one Rad Counter for each non-land card milled this way.

The key creatures to the Mutant Menace deck synergize with the Radiation mechanic, taking advantage of the milling effect or proliferation of the Rad Counters. For example, mutants like Screeching Scorchbeast can be a big threat while adding Rad Counters at the same time.
