Starfield Ship Looks Like Giant Halo Energy Sword

A Starfield player's unique ship design is quickly making the rounds on the internet, as it's made to look just like Halo's famous Energy Sword. The interplanetary vessel, modeled after arguably one of the most iconic and recognizable video game weapons of all time, is proving to be quite popular among Starfield and Halo fans alike.

The long-awaited action-RPG from studio powerhouse Bethesda officially launched last fall for Xbox and Microsoft Windows, which sees players step into the role of a space explorer in the Milky Way galaxy tracking down and acquiring mysterious artifacts. Bethesda's first new IP in a quarter-century, the open-world Starfield has been met largely with positivity, although there seems to be many who take issue with certain aspects of the game. Many of those issues are hoped to be addressed with Starfield's 1.10.30 update patch, which introduces over 500 changes to the game.

The impressively-designed Starfield ship was posted by Reddit user RecentAd4030, who posted their custom creation to one of the site's major Starfield pages. The ship build manages to capture all of the major design aspects present in its inspiration source, including the sword's distinctive glowing dual blades and the almost ethereal cyan coloring. The ship's cockpit even functions as the center groove of the Energy Sword's hilt, simultaneously adding form and function. While the ship may not be functionally up-to-par with some of Starfield's best ships in the game, its esthetics are certainly hard to beat.

While designing a ship to look like Halo's Energy Sword may seem like a novel idea, another player actually had the same idea months prior. Another Reddit user by the name of wadeinaround posted their Starfield ship that looks like Halo's Energy Sword last October, which looks strikingly similar to the design featured above.
