Sand Land – How to Unlock the Furniture Shop in Spino Town and Decorate Your Room

Sand Land, the new open-world action-adventure based on one of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama’s lesser-known works is out now, and its surprisingly complex for an anime adaptation. One of things you’re going to want to do early on to make your life easier is upgrade your home base of Spino Town. While it may not the very most important upgrade, the Furniture Shop is fun, as it allows you to decorate your very own Animal-Crossing-style room. You’ll have to complete a series of sidequests in order to get the Furniture Shop, but don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it…

Before trying to unlock the Furniture Shop in Spino Town, you should first try to unlock the Workshop, as a lot of the steps required for that are also pre-requisites for the Furniture Shop. Specifically, you’re going to want to find Spino Town and complete the “A Jump-bot?! Gimme!” main campaign quest, the “Tinkerer Siblings” sidequest, as well as all the smaller sidequests that come before Tinkerer Siblings. Here’s how to complete all the sidequests required to unlock the Workshop.

Okay, got the Workshop? Now, you’re going to want to complete the “Slacker Junker” and “Light on the Hilltop” sidequests.

Slacker Junker

This one’s simple. Just head to the Junker Market in Lisab and talk to the trader Guni. Give him 10 pieces of iron ore (something you should have plenty of just from regular play).

Light on the Hilltop

Head south of Spino until you come to a partially collapsed bridge. You can use your Jump-Bot to get over the gaps in the bridge.

On the other side, you’ll find the artist Lutemis. She’ll ask you to check out what’s on top of the nearby butte. It’s literally right behind you, you can’t miss it. Check on it, report to Lutemis and the mission is complete! Lutemis will head back to Spino and open the Furniture Shop.
