Pokemon GO Players Think the Game Has Made Getting Revives More Difficult

Pokemon GO players are starting to believe that Niantic is making Revives more difficult to obtain, following the most recent Raid Day event. Revives are especially useful in raid battles with other trainers, but a decrease could mean that more trainers could have a tough time making it through future Raid Day events in Pokemon GO.

Pokemon GO's most recent Raid Day event saw players battle with Primal Groudon on Saturday, March 23. During the limited-time event, Primal Kyogre appeared more frequently in raids, and the chance to encounter a Shiny Primal Kyogre was increased. Since players were encouraged to participate in raid battles, Niantic also increased the amount of free Raid Passes they may receive by up to five, and the Remote Raid limit was temporarily increased to 20. Some Pokemon GO players, including cmansz00, saw their Revive supply dwindle from over 100 to just a few dozen. Others argue that the Raid battle difficulty may have been increased, but there's no indication from Niantic that difficulty changes were made in an update.

The overall reaction from the Pokemon GO community appears to be mixed, since some players still have a stockpile of Revives. Players may open gifts, complete research tasks, and participate in future Pokemon GO events to raise their supply of Revives, so this may
