Pokemon GO Player Has Over 37,000 More Items Than They Are Supposed to Be Able to Carry

Pokemon GO players are sharing an unusual quirk with the popular mobile game's in-game inventory, with one player having 37,000 items over the max capacity. The massively popular monster-catching mobile game from Niantic features more for players to collect than just its lineup of in-game creatures, with multiple useful items available. Items like Berries and stronger Poke Balls can help players to capture new Pokemon, while Potions and Revives keep a player's Pokemon healthy for Pokemon GO's in-game battles. A post to the Pokemon GO subreddit by kirschbluetenkiki shows off their staggering number of in-game items, totaling a whopping 37,486 items in Pokemon GO. The user does not show the breakdown of their individual items within the post, but references past mentions of the in-game exploit. The Pokemon GO subreddit has recently seen multiple similar posts with players showcasing their bloated inventories, with other players showing item bags featuring thousands of Pokemon GO items over the normal limit.

The replies to the post saw a variety of reactions, with many fans wondering how the multiple players had even gotten their inventories so high. One fan suggested a Gym exploit may be the secret, with players still able to spin Gym Poke Stops for Raid Passes even with a full inventory. Some suggest Pokemon GO's premium shop could be the culprit, with players able to buy more
