Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door - How To Find (& Beat) Boss Prince Mush

Prince Mush from is one of the secret bosses that can be accessed on the Nintendo Switch. Originally, players had never been able to fight him until now with the newest remake. Stemming from Chapter 3, this champion challenges you to a rumble after completing the game. However, be warned, this fight will not be easy. Preparing to face him head-on will require the right level, badges, and items.

As the first champion of the Glitz Pit in, Prince Mush puts up a fight. It is important to note that his HP maxes out at 96 with an Attack and Defense stat of 6. He can deal significant damage with his drop-kick combo and create illusions of himself throughout the fight. Thankfully, he can be challenged multiple times in attempts to defeat him.

Long-lost beta footage of the original Paper Mario has been found after more than two decades, back when it was referred to as Super Mario RPG 2.

The first step to unlocking this new secret boss, a feature of the remake, will be to finish the game. This means that all chapters have been explored, and many Trouble Center side quests will be unlocked. The particular quest you will also need to finish will be called "" and "." Shortly after, Prince Mush will await your challenge at the Glitz Pit in Glitzvile in. Head towards the locker rooms and begin your exhibition match.

The maximum level you can achieve in is 99, compared to every Mario RPG. However, for this fight, you should be around level 35 to start the secret boss. Ideally, this is when you should have an ample number of Health Points and Flower Points for more survivability.

BeardBear on YouTube shows Mario having 50 FP to make many moves during the match. Remember also that your attack and defense do not increase with points, so Items play a huge role in keeping up your strength. If you are having trouble obtaining these items at your level, consider returning to the secret boss fight later.
