One Odd Hogwarts Legacy Detail Could Be A Subtle Hint For The Future Of The Franchise

Unlike Harry Potter, chooses to start its protagonist at the wizarding school in year five, over halfway through a student's total tenure at Hogwarts. While most students begin at 11 years old, 's hero is about 16 years old.

The Reddit user noted that given there are seven years at Hogwarts, this storytelling decision could suggest a trilogy has been planned from the jump. Of course, it's just speculation, but it's a reasonable one, given the specific starting point.

's story is fairly conclusive. It doesn't have some big cliffhanger or post credits scene, it's a rare entry in such a major IP that doesn't leave a dangling carrot in front of fans.
