Mortal Kombat 1 DLC could include T-1000 and Conan the Barbarian, datamine suggests

Upcoming Mortal Kombat 1 DLC characters could include the T-1000 and Conan the Barbarian.

That’s according to established Mortal Kombat 1 dataminer Interloko (via IGN), who claims to have unearthed six planned DLC characters while rummaging through game files.

In a YouTube video published on Monday, they claimed that three established Mortal Kombat characters will be added to the game alongside three guest ones.

The Mortal Kombat characters are Cyrax, Sektor and Noob Saibot. The guest ones are the shapeshifting T-1000 from the Terminator franchise, Conan the Barbarian, who was played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in two films, and Ghostface.

References to the masked killer who appears in the Scream movies and TV show were previously uncovered by another dataminer, and a subsequent tease from Mortal Kombat creative director Ed Boon may have confirmed plans to include the character in the game.

Earlier this month, The Boys villain Homelander became the fifth of six DLC characters added to the game as part of its Kombat Pack 1 pass.

Omni-Man and Quan Chi were added in November and December 2023 respectively, while Suicide Squad character Peacemaker (voiced by John Cena) was added in April.

Mortal Kombat ninja Ermac was added to the game in March, and Mortal Kombat X character Takeda Takahashi will join the roster in July.
