The Pal Essence Condenser is one of the few epic items in Palworld that require an Ancient Technology Point, which can be obtained by defeating Tower Bosses or capturing or knocking out Alpha Pals on Palpagos Islands. It's found in the right-side purple column of the Technology tree at Level 14, and requires 20 Ingots, 20 Paldium Fragments, and 5 Ancient Civilization Parts to build.

The Pal Essence Condenser sacrifices the same species of Pals by combining them together to form a more powerful Pal. Each Pal has four stars that can be filled up by sacrificing a certain number of Pals at the condenser, turning them into essences.
