How to Use United Attacks & Effects In SaGa: Emerald Beyond

Combat in is quite different from other RPG titles, with strong effects and attacks being tied to a United state that you can put your retinue in. However, this strategic maneuver can only be done when you masterfully manipulate the timeline of a battle. Those who pull off a United attack or effect can deal incredible damage or impose status conditions that increase their chances of victory.

Similar to Showtime Attacks in , you need to meet the right conditions to pull off powerful displays of unity within your party. Enemies can also perform United attacks and effects, so you have to be watching their position on the timeline as well.

There are no healing abilities or ways to recover HP during a battle, so don't spend too much time trying to set up a United attack or effect if it means one of your team members could be taken out.

Carefully using actions by spending BP stars can move around both allies in your retinue and enemies depending on which skills you use. There are no traditional ways to level up in, so you have to randomly learn
