This Deviant is found in just one location in, and it’s not a guaranteed drop even when clearing the territory out. It may take a few tries to find Mr. Wish. Despite that, Mr. Wish is worth sticking around for as this Deviant is one of the better Combat Deviants in the game.

Mr. Wish can be found in the Broken Delta region in, at the Securement Silo Sigma with coordinates of 4917, -5470, but it’s not as easy as just knowing the location and going there. The Securement Silo Sigma is a dungeon where there are plenty of enemies to defeat and areas to explore. So, make sure to brew up some health and stamina items, and maybe bring a friend or two along, as well as your butterfly.

Securement Silo Sigma is level 15, so make sure you’re around that level before going in.
