How to Beat Phantom Mage In P3R: Episode Aigis (Weaknesses & Resistances)

Phantom Mage is back with only one weakness players can exploit in the DLC. By using one Wind move to knock it down and follow up with an All-Out attack, it only took me three rounds to beat Phantom Mage.
