Honkai Star Rail 2.1 Aventurine Kit Leaks: Element, Skills, Burst, Talent

Aventurine’s gameplay kit in 2.1 has allegedly leaked, revealing all the details about the new and upcoming playable hero. The 5-star unit has already been confirmed as one of the new characters in the next patch thanks to drip marketing pieces shared by the developer HoYoverse. Aventurine has also already appeared in the game with the release of Penacony in 2.0. The enigmatic member of the IPC (Interastral Peace Corporation) is one of the first new faces that players encounter when trying to check into The Reverie Hotel on the Planet of Festivities.

The motivations behind Aventurine’s actions and overall behavior in the game are currently unknown – this becomes especially true when considering the twists and turns of the narrative presented in Version 2.0. As such, it is currently difficult to pinpoint Aventurine as an ally or an opponent, and, for now, he is simply an acquaintance of the Trailblazer. Now, accompanying some game-breaking leaks in 2.1, a large portion of his alleged gameplay kit has also been shared by leakers, which reveals more details about how Aventurine will behave as a playable character on the battlefield.

As has been officially confirmed by a post on the official account on X, Aventurine will use Imaginary DMG in battle, joining the ranks of characters like Welt, Dan Heng — Imbibitor Lunae, and, most recently, Dr. Ratio. Contrary to their DPS-focused builds, however, Aventurine follows the Path of the Preservation, which establishes him as a shielder of sorts. He will be responsible for protecting the rest of his teammates. In a sense, he will work in a similar way as the Preservation Trailblazer (Fire) in or even Gepard and Fu Xuan.

While most Preservation characters create shields for teammates, Fu Xuan lowers the damage income for party members by absorbing a portion of it while also boosting their Max HP.
