The teaser comes from AORUS's social media channels across the web where the company is teasing a next-gen "2024" motherboard which has lots of resemblance to their existing Z790 products but of course, this silhouette only reveals so much and most of the goodies are still under wraps but we did out homework and we can conclude that you are looking at a motherboard for Intel's upcoming chips.

So starting with the details, in its official teaser marketing, Intel is using the word "AI TOP" which matches the recently leaked branding for the AORUS Z890 series. It is expected that Gigabyte will have diverse AI-enhanced motherboards within its top Z890 range, covering products such as the AORUS Xtreme and AORUS Master. Secondly, the motherboard can easily be seen as an Xtreme design as it features a similar cover plate that can be seen through the teaser. If you want to make a comparison, look at the design of AORUS's Z790 AORUS Xtreme X motherboard from last year & see how close it looks to the new design:

Gigabyte AORUS took things to the extreme with the Z790 AORUS Xtreme X last year with a 27 phase VRM design and support for up to 8266 MT/s (OC) DDR5 memory speeds. We can expect AORUS to take things to the next level with the new Z890 AORUS Xtreme motherboards when coupled with the latest Arrow Lake-S Desktop
