Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut Early PC/PS5 Comparison Highlights Lighting Changes and More

A new Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut early comparison video was shared online, highlighting the differences between the PC and PlayStation 5 releases.

The video, which was put together by Pentoplanya, is based on the PC version's announcement trailer shared early this week, and puts sequences from the trailer and the PlayStation 5 version side by side to highlight the differences, which seem mostly limited to some lighting changes that make the game feel more atmospheric.

While the two versions of the game may not look that different, Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut on PC is setting out to be the game's definitive edition, thanks to some exclusive features such as unlocked frame rates, NVIDIA DLSS 3 and AMD FSR 3 support for both upscaling and frame generation, 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 resolutions support and more. The game will also come with the online multiplayer Legends mode, which will receive additional details in the next few weeks. Hopefully, it will come with cross-platform support.
