Fanmade Subnautica LEGO Build Could Soon Become a Real Set

A considerably popular custom LEGO set created by a member of the Subnautica fanbase has recently achieved a milestone of 10,000 supporters on the LEGO IDEAS website, and is now under active review to potentially become an official LEGO set at some point in the future. The build features the iconic Aurora capital ship from the original Subnautica as well as a minifigure version of the game's protagonist, Ryley Robinson.

The build was created and shared online by the creator known as OG Brick Studio, who is responsible for various impressive LEGO builds spanning various well-known franchises. Originally posted to LEGO IDEAS back at the beginning of 2023, the project quickly garnered considerable attention from the games' community, reaching more than three thousand supporters in less than a month.

The LEGO model of the Alterra capital ship Aurora from Subnautica went through several iterations, with the updated design consisting of a total 2,662 pieces. Later into the project's development, the creator shared the destroyed version of the Aurora as well, which shows the ship with most of its bow
