Endless Ocean is coming to Nintendo Switch with support for 30-players

Wii scuba diving adventure series Endless Ocean is returning with a new game for Nintendo Switch.

Announced during a Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase on Wednesday, Endless Ocean Luminous will release on May 2, 2024.

According to a reveal trailer, up to 30 players can explore together via online play, and discover over 500 species of marine life.

Endless Ocean places the player as a scuba diver exploring a fictional setting in the South Pacific Ocean, in search of sea life and sunken treasure.

The original game, developed by Arika and published by Nintendo, was released in 2007, followed by a sequel, Endless Ocean: Adventures of the Deep, was released in 2009.
