Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC Confirms Pre-Order Bonus and Collector's Edition

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is available to pre-order now and comes in multiple editions, including a $250 Collector's Edition that comes with an 18-inch tall statue, hardcover artbook, and more. Elden Ring fans can also pre-order the DLC's standard edition for a much more reasonable price, which still comes with its own pre-order bonus.

Ever since Shadow of the Erdtree was first announced in February of last year, fans have been eagerly awaiting Elden Ring's first major expansion. Recently, a leaker claimed that the Elden Ring DLC would finally be released this summer and even gave fans an exact release date. While the news was exciting, it wasn't certain whether the insider could be trusted. However, following today's announcement from Bandai Namco and From Software, their information seems to have been accurate.

Elden Ring'sShadow of the Erdtree DLC launches on June 21 and gives fans a variety of options when pre-ordering the expansion. The base version costs $40 and includes the DLC plus a bonus gesture called Ring of Miquella. Alternatively, users can pre-order the DLC's $50 Premium Bundle, which includes the previously mentioned items plus a Shadow of the Erdtree digital artbook and soundtrack. Users who are willing to spend a lot more cash can pre-order the $250 Shadow of the Erdtree Collector's Edition, which comes in a stylish box and includes a statue of Messmer the Impaler, 40-page hardcover artbook, and digital soundtrack. However, Bandai Namco emphasized that quantities are limited for the Collector's Edition.

New Elden Ring fans have multiple options as well. They can purchaseElden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree Edition, which is a bundle of the original game plus the expansion and bonus gesture, for $80. A $100 Deluxe Edition of the same bundle is also available, which adds in the digital artbooks and soundtracks from both the base game and the expansion.
