Elden Ring: How To Get The Spread Out Gesture

The Spread Out Gesture, nicknamed the Lay-Down Emote, is one of several gestures the Tarnished can acquire in . Since Gestures are one of the few ways to express yourself when interacting with other players, most players will seek to obtain all the ones they can find. Unfortunately, the Spread Out Gesture is easy to get but easily missed.

To acquire the Spread Out Gesture, players will first need to have reached Liurnia of the Lakes, the area of Limgrave that is just beyond Stormveil Castle. This means players will either need to defeat one of 's first bosses, Godrick the Grafted, or take the hidden cliffside path near the broken bridge north of Stormhill.

In this guide and walkthrough hub, Elden Ring players can learn everything they need to survive in the Lands Between and become the next Elden Lord.

If you opt to pass through Stormveil, you will arrive at Liurnia's Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace. For those who opt for the outer-wall trail, you will eventually end up at Liurnia Highway South's Site of Grace.

Regardless of where you end up, you will be heading in the same direction, northwest to the Laskyar Ruins in the lakes. After reaching the ruins, you will continue northwest until arriving at the Birdseye Telescope and enter the stone gazebo sitting to its right.

After players have finished Stormveil Castle and defeated Godrick, Elden Ring's first demigod, there are multiple options for where to go next.

Inside, you will encounter an NPC by the name of Rya. She will request that you retrieve her necklace, which was stolen from her by a thug. Naturally, she has no idea of the thief's whereabouts, but fortunately for you, the crook can be found reasonably close by.

From Rya's location, travel northwest until reaching a small hut called the Boilprawn Shack. Here, you will find a Site of Grace and a prickly NPC called Blackguard Big Boggart.

Though you have the option to kill Big Boggart for the necklace, please do not do it. If you do, the quest will end
