Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy reportedly hits Game Pass on August 8

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will reportedly be released on Game Pass on August 8.

That’s according to eXputer writer eXtas1s, who has a strong recent track record of revealing upcoming Game Pass titles ahead of their official confirmation.

Most recently, they accurately predicted that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 would join the subscription service for console and PC today, which Microsoft confirmed on Tuesday.

eXtas1s first claimed last month that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy would hit Game Pass in August, although this is the first time they’ve specified a release date.

They also claimed that fellow Activision games Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 and Spyro Reignited Trilogy would be coming to Game Pass “very soon”.

Microsoft completed a $69 billion acquisition of Call of Duty and Diablo publisher Activision Blizzard in October 2023.

Diablo 4 became the first Activision Blizzard game to join Game Pass when it was added to the service in March.

Microsoft announced in May that Black Ops 6 will be the first Call of Duty title to launch on Game Pass on day one, when it’s released on October 25, 2024.

Earlier this month Microsoft raised Xbox Game Pass prices and announced plans to introduce a new Standard subscription tier that doesn’t include day one releases.

The platform holder is also reportedly exploring the possibility of introducing more new Game Pass tiers, including a cloud-only option.
