Black Myth: Wukong - How To Craft The Chu Bai Spear (Prisoner Quest Guide)

The Chu Bai Spear is a powerful weapon forged during the third chapter of . It begins in the Pagoda Realm, a prison-like zone found part-way through chapter three. You will need to rescue a fellow captive, simply known as the Prisoner. Getting to him won’t be direct, as a magical barrier further protects his cell. Even after finally being freed, the Prisoner has an entire side quest that will bring you to different areas to fight several bosses.

While the Chu Bai Spear is a great weapon, it isn’t the only option. You should decide early on if it is worth the time investment or to wait for other equipment. Drop twice from the nearby ledge to find the first encounter, Captain Lotus-Vision. Defeating it will allow you to unlock purple seals and speak to the Prisoner to begin the quest officially. You are tasked with subduing the other three Captains.
