Baldur's Gate 3: How To Get Every New Evil Ending Cutscene (Patch 7)

Patch Seven for is finally here, and the devs over at Larian have cooked up a nice treat for those of you who like to get a little bit more evil. Once you defeat whichever Illithid you have with you, you'll have a few choices regarding how your rule over Faerun will go. Here are your options as Tav:

Ingesting tadpoles throughout your playthrough will make resisting Ceremorphosis harder, so make sure you're ready for the CON save before you make any decisions.

If you choose to rule the world without the Emperor or Orpheus
