Assassin's Creed Mirage Getting New Update on April 9

Assassin's Creed Mirage update 1.0.8 is set to roll out on Tuesday, April 9, at 4am PT / 7am ET / 1pm CET. The upcoming patch will introduce fixes for some Assassin's Creed Mirage quest bugs and performance improvements, among other changes.

The latest mainline entry in Ubisoft's popular open-world franchise debuted to predominantly positive reviews in early October 2023. Some UI issues specific to the Full Synchronization Challenge have been addressed as well, including a bug that messed with the kill and conflict counts upon successfully completing a permadeath run.

The update also resolves a loading menu issue that sometimes caused saves not to appear correctly during a Full Synchronization Challenge run. Furthermore, the PC version of Assassin's Creed Mirage will correctly detect the PS5 DualSense Edge controller following the new patch. Some menu text changes are also part of the package, together with a number of unspecified stability improvements, which are understood to be targeting all platforms.

One particular fix mentioned in the new changelog concerns Light
