Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Player Builds Impressive Machine for Collecting Wood

A Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom player has built a vehicle that collects wood after bombing trees. Since Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released, players have made incredible bases and energy-efficient vehicles, but this machine is perfect for collecting wood.

While it shares some similarities with its predecessor, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom offers incredible player freedom with its abilities. Players have used Ultrahand to make tons of impressive contraptions and bases. Among the incredible builds shared online are a powerful beam carousel tank, an aircraft that can fly for two straight hours, and a Star Wars Podracer. As the community discovers more ways to combine the items in Tears of the Kingdom, new unique creations come to light. This Zelda fan has made a vehicle that specializes in lumber collecting to maximize wood yield.

Reddit user Ultrababouin recently shared a Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom clip highlighting their unique wood-collecting machine. Like many other builds that have been shared, this vehicle has four wheels which are controlled with a Tears of the Kingdom Steering Stick. The front of the machine uses two springs to hold a targeted tree while a cannon shoots at them until they collapse into logs. The vehicle's elongated design is meant specifically for catching the remains of a tree after it's bombed. Once a log is collected, the player then reverses to deposit it in a desired spot.

Before Ultrababouin has collected a log, a spring near Link extends to block it in. The platform that the tree falls onto directs it towards the spring in the rear. This platform is only big enough to hold one log at a time, and it consumes more than one Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Zonai battery charge to collect each tree. While one log is thrown wildly after the cannon explosion, the spring near Link is still able to catch it at an angle and hold it there until it's ready to be deposited.
