World of Warcraft Remix: Mists of Pandaria Actually Ties In to Dragonflight

World of WarcraftRemix: Mists of Pandaria has a direct connection to the story of Dragonflight via the Infinite Dragons. In many ways, this new World of Warcraft PvE event is a continuation of the Bronze Reconciliation questline from Dragonflight Patch 10.1.7.

Recently, World of Warcraft announced Remix: Mists of Pandaria. During this limited-time event, players can make new characters to experience almost all of Mists of Pandaria at an accelerated rate, unlocking new cosmetics and mounts along the way.

However, this new way to play World of Warcraft is more than just a throwback to the 2012 expansion. WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria recently hit the Public Test Realm, meaning players can check it out for themselves now. He chronicled the starting experience on Twitter, which stars Eternus and her splinter faction of Infinite Dragons as she tries to share the lessons she learned from Nozdormu during the Bronze Reconciliation quest in Patch 10.1.7.

During the intro scenario, Eternus explains the purpose of WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria is reflection, and to see if the tragedies of the past serve any purpose. She does not fully believe in the True Timeline as the Bronze Dragons in World of Warcraft do, but she and her allies seek to see things from their own perspective. That said, not all the Infinite Dragonflight is on her side, and the player must fend off these malcontents from interfering with Eternus’ work.

Once players help set up Eternus’ base of operations, they are rewarded with a special cloak that grows in power as they do. After a cryptic encounter with some Time elementals, fans are then dropped off on their respective faction airships in the Mists of Pandaria intro scenario, where they dive into the plot of the World of Warcraft expansion
