‘Why isn’t Concord free to play?’ Your questions answered

After going hands-on for three hours with Concord, the upcoming hero shooter from Firewalk, VGC’s Jordan Middler asked VGC readers for questions they had about the game.

In a new VGC video, which can be viewed in the embed above or on the VGC YouTube channel, Jordan answers reader questions about the game’s monetisation system, the potential single-player offering, and whether the game has any ranked or competitive modes.

In our Concord preview, we praised the game’s gunplay, and unique delivery method for story in a live service game.

A developer at Concord studio Firewalk also responded to the mixed reaction to the game’s first trailer.

Speaking at a preview event for the game last week, Concord’s director of IP Kim Kreines spoke for the first time about the game’s reveal trailer, which debuted last month.
