Alongside Yunli and March 7th’s new form, Jiaoqiu is confirmed to be one of the new characters in the next patch and leaks indicate that he will appear in Phase 2 character banners in 2.4. Officially, little is known about Jiaoqiu as a character.

That confusion didn’t clear up when I was tossed into a hub with no direction and had to be shepherded into a dungeon by a nearby PR person like a lost sheep.
