CD Projekt's chief financial officer, Piotr Nielubowicz, says the company does «not see a place for microtransactions in the case of single-player games».

This revelation was offered as part of its parent company's latest earnings report, which also saw CD Projekt reveal a 39% increase in full-year 2023 profits, largely driven by the sales of Cyberpunk 2077 and its Phantom Liberty expansion.
