Today's Connections Hints & Answers For March 23, 2024 (Puzzle #285)

The newest is available to solve and for once in a long time we feel like this was on the easier side of things. None of the categories were too niche or overly specific. A few words seemed to match up well with others despite being incorrect, but overall a little determination helped us score a win in today's game.

One of the best tips we can give a new player of is to utilize the shuffle button. Many times the game's editor will slip words next to each other in a way to trick your brain into thinking they go together. Almost every game we play, the first thing we do it hit that shuffle at least three times.

Despite it being the «most straightforward» category, we actually scored the yellow words in third today. PROPS and PRAISE stood out among the other eight words that were left and it didn't take long to see the category take shape.

We were able to DISCOVER the green category right away today. It didn't take long to REALIZE that we could easily LEARN how to FIND the and score this one first.

CHASE, DISCOVER, and VISA tried so hard to throw us off the actual answers today but that didn't deter us at all. Well, after two failed attempts it didn't deter us. We scored the blue category in second place today as TRACK and TAIL stood out above the rest. It didn't take long to decipher the rest and score our win.

The purple category was, technically, our leftover words for the day, but it was easy to see the connection right away. PHOTO, STAMP, NAME, and VISA all make perfect sense to us. Especially after we spent 23 days stuck at Heathrow Airport desperately trying to get our passports sorted to get back
