If you want to try a different type of puzzler, you should try out the NYT's puzzle. It's a cute, aesthetic way to test your spelling knowledge, and you will have fun doing so. It's hard to get a perfect score, but you can get as big of a score as you want to, as the game continues until you cannot think of any more words or the day has passed. And the honeycombs are the color of the gold medals, so that is a big plus.
The New York Times Vertex game asks you to form a picture by connecting dots, but you have to understand the image to solve this puzzle quickly.

Having spent a lot of time on a SHIP, it is possible that I simply had the upper hand on this one. It would be hard not to since my grandpa was in the Navy and I would be ashamed if I didn't know a lot about large sea CRAFT.
Luckily, I remembered enough to BARGE past this one and move on to the next category with just enough ego to be dangerous. While not every VESSEL is the most fun place to be, it is magical to watch a sunset on the sea.
