This is How Much Space You'll Need to Download All the PS Plus Extra and Premium Games for February 2024

A new report has revealed the sizes of all the games coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics Catalog in February, with several high-profile titles joining the lineup. Sony's premium subscription service offers players a constantly changing roster of games to choose from, with new games rotating into PS Plus each month. The service's Extra and Premium subscriptions offer even more games, with the Game Catalog available for both tiers and Classics exclusive to the Premium tier. Now, a wealth of big-name games are joining the service in February.

Sony officially announced the February additions to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics Catalog earlier this week. PS Plus Extra subscribers will see nine new games joining the service, including popular games like Bandai Namco's Tales of Arise and Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Valhalla among others. Premium subscribers will also benefit from four new games in the Classics Catalog, adding two Tales games, Resistance: Retribution, and Jet Moto 2. A new update is now informing gamers about how much space they will need to download the new PS Plus games.

A post shared by prominent PlayStation Twitter account PlayStation Game Size reveals the sizes for several of PS Plus Extra and Premium's new games. The new additions to Extra boast a wealth of sizable games with most requiring more than 10 GB, including Assassin's Creed Valhalla needing nearly 100 GB of space. Premium's two Tales games both feature notable size requirements as well, with Tales of Symphonia: Remastered at just over 10 GB and Tales of Vesperia requiring just over 31 GB. The February games are expected to join the PS Plus lineup on February 20.

The wealth of new games available on PS Plus comes with some notable franchises seeing several new games added. Bandai Namco's Tales RPG series sees four new games joining PS Plus in February, with Tales of Arise's Beyond the Dawn expansion launching late last year. Multiple LEGO games are being added
