The Romantic Consultant is a career path in . They are experts on love and can coach others on how to find romance or enhance an existing relationship. They gain special outfits, rewards, and interactions with other Sims. To advance in the career, your Sim needs to be lucky and love themselves, along with being a smooth talker and a bit of a brainiac. How much of the latter two skills will depend on which branch you specialize in.

Like most careers in, the Romantic Consultant’s promotions are based on Skill ranks. Making a Sim who builds Skills quickly is key to advancing upward. Consider picking skill-related traits when making a family in Create A Sim. This can include the Overachiever, Genius, and Ambitious traits. You will also want to keep Likes and Dislikes appropriate for daily tasks. After all, if a Sim hates their job, then promotions will be less frequent.
