With this new element of customizability available, selecting the right Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs for your Sim is integral if you're interested in sharing your Sim's life with someone. However, with personality and physical appearances being separate entities, there's a lot to think about when it comes to finding that spark.

The Sims 4 Lovestruck is great for cultivating relationship depth and romantic drama, but its level of detail is better suited to a Game Pack.

The Attraction mechanic in determines how two Sims interact with one another and whether their relationship can develop into a romance. The foundation lies in your character's customizable Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs, which correlate to what your character finds attractive in another Sim.

Understanding this will make it much easier to build a romantic relationship with another Sim. Turn-ons and Turn-Offs aredivided into two categories: Physical Attraction, which relates to a Sim's fashion taste or hair color, and Personality Attraction, which concerns characteristics, traits, and hobbies.
