Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is out now, and as the game’s title implies, one of the toughest challenges you’ll face during the game’s campaign is… killing the Justice League. The first of the Squad members you’ll have to take out is the Flash, who serves as a sort of crash course for how most of the boss battles in Kill the Justice League work. As such, he may give new players a bit of trouble, but with our tips you should be take down the Scarlet Speedster without too much trouble…

The Flash battle takes place in amphitheatre at an old amusement park, which provides a pretty standard boss arena. You can essentially just stay in the empty amphitheatre in the middle and take shots at Flash as he zips around the various platforms surrounding it.

Flash’s Speed Force makes him invulnerable, so you’ll have to counter his attacks to do him any damage. Wait until you see some blue lighting symbols around him, then target him and fire off a counter shot. A good time to do this is when he’s charging up one of his attacks – you’ll know he’s doing this when he stops zipping around the arena, reaches toward the sky and starts gathering electrical energy.

Once you counter the Flash, a blue bar underneath his red life bars will fill up. This bar will slowly deplete, but as long as there’s still some meter left, you can damage the Flash.

If Flash summons a big swirling ball of electrical energy, don’t worry, you can dispel this area-of-effect attack with a grenade. Doing so will net you some ammo and other resources, so if you’re running low, this is a good way to recharge.

The Flash’s health bar is divided into three sections, and once you knock off the first, his attack pattern will change. He’ll start summoning large electrical tornadoes, which, needless to say, you’re going to want to avoid. That said, Flash will stay still for a bit while he summons these twisters, so if you can
