Starfield Players Can Now Recruit Star Wars' Most Useless Bounty Hunter

players wanting a little more in their sci-fi RPG are in luck because one of the franchise's most iconic yet bumbling bounty hunters can now be recruited as a companion. While many bounty hunters in the galaxy far, far away are known for their deadly aim, advanced weaponry, and cunning plots, they're not all equal in the ways of The Empire. Fortunately, dumping such an unskilled hunter into and decking them out with a plethora of armor and guns should be enough to make them at least competent and bring down their target.

Thanks to modder Crozzbow, players can now enlist the help of Greedo thanks to an excellent new mod that adds the over-confident bounty hunter into Bethesda's sprawling game. The mod allows players to recruit the Rodanian who has been faithfully recreated to appear as he did in and comes equipped with a unique outfit, spacesuit, and his DT-12 Blaster. Greedo will replace Lyle Brewer and can be found lurking around Aggie's Bar in Akila City, no doubt plotting revenge against Han Solo.

While he may have been one of the very first bounty hunters to appear in, Greedo isn't exactly known for being good at his job. His introduction sees him luckily stumbling upon outlaw Han Solo, who quickly dispatches him with a blaster shot to the chest. The community largely agrees that Greedo was seemingly operating way above his league and his over-confidence and lack of actual experience in dealing with wanted criminals was ultimately what led to his demise.

Before his death, Greedo gained ownership of Han Solo's ship The Millenium Falcon by cheating in a game of Sabacc.

Greedo thought so highly of himself that he even believed his skill to be greater than Boba Fett, who was, at the time, the most respected bounty hunter in the galaxy. Others in the field knew him for his unfortunate luck and poor aim, prompting many to question why Jabba the Hutt ever employed him in the first place.
