Bucking the trend set by previous Bethesda games like and, the sci-RPG frustrated many players by excluding any kind of killcam, a small but stylish feature that the community has come to expect from the developer's titles. A fun way of wrapping up a challenging combat encounter, the killcam is a popular mechanic amongst enthusiasts.

Not only does the mod work for every gun battle it also functions during space combat, zooming in on exploding ships and framing their destruction with some extra pizzaz. While some objects can occasionally obstruct the killcam's view, that's a very minor issue in an exceptionally well-designed mod to make feel more like a traditional Bethesda RPG.
