Stardew Valley Fan Creates Impressive Quilt Inspired by the Game

A Stardew Valley fan stitched a lovely quilt based on developer Eric «ConcernedApe» Barone's popular farm life simulator. The game, which received a major update in March that added a host of new content, has inspired all sorts of fan-made creations.

Stardew Valley has won the hearts of many since it was released in 2016, with the title sitting on an Overwhelmingly Positive general rating on Steam based on the reviews of close to 590,000 players. In addition to featuring fun and engaging gameplay, developer ConcernedApe's farm-themed simulator has charming art and memorable characters. Fans have shown their appreciation for Stardew Valley over the years by using the title as the subject for their art projects.

One such project is the impressive Stardew Valley quilt that Reddit user colerw81 stitched and recently shared online. The creation, which measured 90 inches by 108 inches and took eight months of work to complete, prominently featured Stardew Valley's Community Center, as well as the game's logo. It also featured what appeared to be custom player characters and two of the title's friendly Junimo forest spirits, among other things.

Community members of the Stardew Valley subreddit praised colerw81's impressive quilt, describing the work as being amazing, beautiful, and stunning. A quilt based on the player's pet dog in Stardew Valley that was shared by user ElonH back in January received similar compliments from fellow fans. ElonH said that they loved the game's canine companion because the animal reminded them of their own dog.

People have expressed their love for Barone's game through other art mediums. Reddit user Guys_Artwork, who also goes by the name Guy King, created a wonderful watercolor painting of the Wizard's Tower in Stardew Valley. Aside from being the home of M. Rasmodius, this building located in Cindersnap Forest houses items that allow players to make changes to their characters.
